**Important Message**

Cape Cod Five has become aware of email fraud attempts targeting customers of another area bank seeking to trick consumers into providing their login credentials to fraudsters.

"Phishing" messages like these are attempts to fraudulently access accounts; you should NOT respond to them. Cape Cod Five, or any other legitimate enterprise, will never ask you for your account information, including your password, account number or debit card number.  Again, under no circumstance should you ever provide such confidential information in response to a text message, email, letter or a phone call, even if it seems legitimate or seeks only "confirmation."

If you mistakenly provide your account information or think you might have, you should call us immediately at 888-225-4636; we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to take action if you have inadvertently disclosed your account information to an unauthorized party.

If you have any questions about this email, the information provided or Online or Mobile Banking in general please call our Customer Contact Center at 888-225-4636 or email us at customerservice@capecodfive.com.
